Susan & Michael on Inishmore (Inis Mór), the largest of the Aran Islands.  These stone walls are near Dún Aonghasa, which is an Iron or Bronze Age promontory fort.  It has four concentric rings of stone around it, and is right up against the cliffs facing the Atlantic, using the sea as a natural line of defense.
